Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes: the United States only, shipping included, usually 13–23 business days.
Where we ship
To addresses in the United States only. Checkout will not accept an address anywhere else.
What it costs
Shipping is included in the price of every piece. Checkout charges nothing extra for it.
U.S. import duties or taxes are not included. If any are charged on delivery, the buyer pays them.
How long it takes
We do not keep stock in the United States. Each piece is ordered from the workshop that makes it after you place your order, packed in China and sent to you by air.
Preparing an order takes 1–3 business days and shipping takes 12–20 business days, so most orders arrive 13–23 business days after they are placed.
If your order has not arrived 23 business days after you placed it, write to us and we will look into it.
Your address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it there. If you notice a mistake, write to us straight away.
